In order to ensure the committee is refreshed on a regular basis, it is expected of all members that they will take on tasks from time to time, within their ability to do so. Failure to do this is unfair on other members and can result in stagnation or, in the case of the committee, the closure of the club due to lack of support.
Please indicate your preference in helping run the Society, either in due course or immediately. Once you have joined please discuss with a committee member how you can help run the society.
It will help the Society greatly to understand how you found out about us, so please select from the above options to let us know.

Membership

Our ‘year’ runs from April to March, so if you join ‘mid-year’ the charge is still the full amount but if joining from the 1st April until the 30th September it will run until the following 31st March, giving between a minimum of 6  months to a full 12 months membership. 
However, if joining from the 1st October until the 31st March, membership will run through the following year, giving up to 18 months membership for the price of 12 for the first year, continuing every 12 months from then on. 

Payment
Our preferred method of payment is by standing order as we do not manage direct debits.


Reduced Rates
The reduced rate applies for students, retirees or those not in employment.
