About us

If you are interested in astronomy in any way, please come along to any of our monthly meetings to find out more.

Every month, 2 weeks after the main meeting, we also hold free public telescope workshops and viewing sessions. See the list of meetings for dates and times.

The society is run by the members for the members, so everyone is expected to participate in some way, from serving on the committee to being a co-opted member looking after specific tasks.

e.g. from social media posts to organising our attendance at the annual Cheltenham Science Festival, or simply helping out with the tea and coffee during meetings.
